Hardshell Case Dots for 13" MacBook Air (Retina, 2020)

I had a cracked Incase for my MacBook that I bought from Apple Store a few months ago. Which is a bit disappointing because I paid $70 CAD for something that I used to see in $15 cases from Amazon. However, I'm quite impressed with their customer service. I reached out to Incase and they honoured the warranty replacement and sent me a new case immediately. Their help staff were also quick to respond. Thank you for your diligence and quick support!

Looks good initially but cracks without impact after a few months. Bought in Oct 2023, already cracked in multiple places by Jan 2024. Never dropped it, just day to day wear and tear.

Quality of the product was very poor. Even though the warranty expired I expected the case would last a few years. I purchased a similar product a few years ago for about $20 and it lasted one year. So I purchased this product for $54 and it lasted one and a half years.
I expected a superior product for the price I paid. The product was never used for air travel. It was used in the home office. I sent Apple a copy of this issue and recommended that “Incase Products” should no longer be sold on their web site or Apple stores.

I really like this case, but it does not stand regular wear and tear. I have bought this product twice, and after a month or two, it is the same old story with several cracks. Given the price point, I had expected much better durability.
