Incase Designs Corp. (“Incase”) takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience.  Incase stands behind its products with the following warranties:


 

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Products

All Products purchased from Incase.com

All products purchased from Incase.com or an authorized reseller

Warranty period

30 days from the original date of purchase

365 days from the original date of purchase shown on your required proof of purchase

Policy and Warranty Applicability

Products purchased by the original purchaser from Incase.com

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended

Exclusions

Products not purchased from Incase.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase

Damage caused by using the product outside its intended use, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering or unauthorized modification, and alteration

Remedy

Return the product to Incase for a refund of the purchase price (exclusions my apply)

Replacement of the product with a product that is of equal value*

Exclusions:  

Factory store items are excluded from the warranty and returns show below. All Factory items are sold “as is” with no warranty and only a 15 day return policy.

One Year Limited Warranty

Incase warrants its products with a ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty”).  This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended.  This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at Incase's discretion.  This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-Incase product used in connection with an Incase product.   This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident or tampering.  Incase’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.  Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Incase.

Conditions of Warranty

Products purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the original place of purchase within the stores return period.

If your purchase has passed the stores return period you may contact support@incase.com to receive a warranty replacement. All warranty requests must contain a copy of your valid proof of purchase.

Warranties for products purchased from https://www.incase.com must be processed online at https://www.incase.com/warranty.  The replacement product is covered by that replacement product’s stated warranty.  All Incase warranties are non-transferrable.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

30 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made on https://www.incase.com, Incase honors a thirty (30) day return policy.  The product must be returned in its original packaging with the proof of purchase to Incase.  A refund of the purchase price will be provided (exclusions may apply).
