Good while it lasted

I liked the bag but the stitching on the main zipper failed after just over a year of light/moderate use and Incase support refused to do anything about it. I expected more from a $130 backpack.

Great backpack

I bought the icon lite 10 years ago when I was in college about 6 months ago the strap tore. It was such a great buy I replaced it with icon lite triple black. I consistently get complements on this bag it’s sleek but has a lot of space. Overall great bag!

Amazing quality, great streamline, minimalist design. Bought 10 more of them to give to my executives and key leaders. Lots of compliments on the look as well. Had it embroidered with our logo too and it looks really nice

Great quality, no storage

I got this as a christmas gift and I like it but it has next to no storage for books or paper and accessories. There is also no water bottle storage either. The front pocket is very slim and not very accessible. The same can be said with the top pocket. Good if you're streamlined, but I need some storage!
