Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases made on Incase.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee. On average, returns take 5-6 business days to reach us and 3-5 business days to process once received. Please have your order number ready and click here to initiate your return

Please return only Incase branded product. Non-Incase products will not be accepted nor returned.

Warranty & Replacements

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers all Backpacks, Bags, Designed by Microsoft™ Accessories, MacBook/Laptop Protection, and AirPods Accessories purchased from Incase.com or authorized retailers for one year. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Mobile Case products for up to five years when purchased from Incase.com or authorized retailers.

Warranty period

Initiate return, warranty not applicable.

Defective products returned within 30 days are exempt from the restocking fee

365 days from the original date of purchase shown on required proof of purchase

5-years from the original date of purchase shown on required proof of purchase

Policy and Warranty Applicability

Products purchased by the original purchaser from Incase.com

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

Exclusions

Products not purchased from Incase.com must be returned to the original place of purchase

Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, neglect, accidents, tampering, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.

Remedy

Return the product to Incase for a partial refund. A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns

Replacement of the product with the same item or one of equal or lesser value. The replacement product is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of replacement and does not fall under the original 1-Year Limited Warranty or Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Incase products are subject to normal wear and tear and may even become obsolete overtime. Our Warranties cover all defects in materials and workmanship and guarantee a replacement of the product or a product of equal or lesser value. Please note our warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, neglect, accidents, tampering, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.

Unless otherwise required by law, Incase products are covered by either a 1-Year Limited Warranty or a Limited Lifetime Warranty when purchased from Incase.com or an authorized retailer. In regions where a 2-year warranty is mandated, we will honor the legally required coverage period.

We strive to replace products with the exact same item whenever possible. However, if a product is seasonal, discontinued, or part of a limited release, we may provide a substitute of equal or lesser value.

Authorized retailers include but are not limited to Best Buy, Apple, Staples, Verizon, Walmart, contracted distributors, and the official Incase Amazon store. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers, including online marketplaces, discount retailers, liquidation/outlet stores, and auction sites.
