Straps keep falling down

After so many years, I can not believe incase has not improved their design. The only changes made were fabric colors. There should have a clip to tide two straps together so they do not fall down from the shoulders. It is super annoying to walk with this backpack because I have to pull the straps back to shoulder constantly.

Avoid at all costs

After 8 months the laptop backpack zipper came off the tracks, its been a constant struggle since purchase. Terrible design and not worth the money. I contacted incase directly since I was in warranty window and they refused to offer any kind of help or replacement. I have been a 16 year customer of incase, their quality seems to have faded. Do yourself a favor and find another option, avoid incase products as they do not seem to have any customer or warranty support which I expect at this enhanced price point.

I’ve had this backpack for years.

Browsing the incase site when i saw my old faithful—- compelling me to chime in. Ive had this pack for a longggg time and it still looks brand new. Protects my stuff well and is the perfect size for city commuting or light travel. Ill be buying another soon and handing my current down to another family member

5+ Years Later

I purchased this backpack more than 5 years ago while on the quest for a more "grown-up" bag for college. Since then, it's followed me through university, several jobs, multi-state moves, vacation, etc. It's held up remarkably well this whole time. I do take good care of my belongings, but even still, the bag has never ripped, never broken a zipper, and still looks just as new as the day I bought it. However, I've outgrown my use case for the bag and am now seeking something different. If you don't need a variety of zippered compartments, don't mind the lack of external water bottle pockets, and like to carry a light load, this is probably the bag for you. My biggest gripe is that the bag no longer fits my body well. I am a woman with a short torso and a large bust. The way the straps are constructed, they simply do not fit comfortably and tend to chafe my inner arm during long wear or lots of walking. If the straps were not so thick at the top of the bag, or were designed with an S-Curve instead of a J-Curve, I may not be in the market for a new bag.

Great backpack with terrible zippers

All of the functionality of the bag is exactly as advertised and are great, except one, the main zippers. The zippers for the main compartment are constantly catching on the water cover (over the zippers there is something like a flap, that protects the zipper from water i assume). This flap thing, is way to short and constantly gets stuck the zipper, to the point that now i can use only one of the two zippers, because i can not get the other one unstuck.
