Help! Incase wont respond to me!

I ordered this case for travel and it arrived after I left for a 3 week trip. As soon as I returned I sent a message to request to return this baq. I still had a few days to do so. To date, they have not responded. I had to purchase another bag brcause this one didn't arrive in time. I don't need 2 bags.

Amazing product, perfect size if you want something compact.

Only 4 stars because some of the material used on the outside will not last as long as I'd like it too. Wish it was built more like a Yeti bag! (it is 1/3 of the cost though and Yeti don't make such a compact one).

I still highly recommend it and urge you to go for it!

I have my MacBook Pro13, wireless gaming mouse, Fnatic Streak Mini, iPad Air, and all my accessories in here, and it all fits like a glove, with room for more if needed, and a pocket for my cell phone for trips. I can’t stress the form factor on this thing is amazing.
